Meet RADAR

RADAR - IS NOW SAFE. HE WAS REHOMED LOCALLY TO THORNTON. A BIG THANK YOU FOR ALL THE OFFERS OF FOSTERING AND HELP WITH TRANSPORTATION COSTS!!.

We are trying to save this horse from going to the doggers on the 22nd of September - he has 4 days to live.

We are looking for a suitable foster carer who can take him in and care for him as their own until a permanent home is found. Or, if someone is willing to transport him to Sydney then we can house him with us.

If you have horses and have the room and time to take in another, please contact us ASAP!

The horse in question is a 19yr old standardbred gelding in good condition, friendly and broken in however not ridden in the last 6 months - who we have only become aware of this evening. Thank you.

He is located in Thornton NSW, which is half way between Maitland and Newcastle.

RADAR was adopted on 21 September 2014 after 3 days in foster care
