Meet Stanley
Stanley was left at the pound and was described as nervous at the moment and will fear bite After a week at the pound he was allowing one carer to pick him up but was still incrediblynervous and afraid of everyone else. When he came into care he was underweight, with a skinirritation, and trembled if you looked at him or tried to pat him. After 2 months in care heis now very friendly, he loves kids, and cuddles, and has even started to play with his fosterbrother. His coat is now glossy, his skin irritation has cleared up, and he now is a healthy weight. He can get disorientated amongst large crowds of people and does not like to be picked up bystrangers in these instances, however in small groups of people he is quite comfortable and quitehappily likes to move from lap to lap. He is great at the vets and travels well in the car. He is nota fussy eater, and at night he especially likes to snuggle under blankets.
Stanley was adopted on 12 November 2010 after today in foster care
