Meet Zac
Zac is still very young and will settle in to any home quickly, is so cute and laid back that nothing seems to phase him. Zac has had a very rough start to life and that has only made him a better dog.He sleeps through the night and gets up around 7am each morning for breakfast, he also appears to have a great imagination, as he plays with his toys and chase's his tail.Zac is great with kids and loves to go for walks.
Update 15/9/10: Zac has survived and is home with his foster carer now. We are very pleased that Zac has beaten this deadly virus and should go on to make a full recovery, unfortunately he has developed a very nasty ulcer as the result of spending the last week so ill at the vets (basically a bed sore). He's on treatment for this and it should start to heal up now.
Poor little Zac was abandoned by his owners and then caught the deadly virus Parvo. Zac is currently fighting for life at one of our vet clinics where he's been for a week on a drip. All efforts are being made to ensure he pulls through but Parvo is very often deadly in puppies of this age.
If you can help us sponsor Zac's vet bills which have come to $546.20 please call Megan on 9627 2767 or email dchanimaladoptions@iprimus.com.au or click below.
Thank you to Paul for his very generous donation for little Zac. His vet fees have now been fully covered. Also thanks to Becky for her donation
Zac was adopted on 10 November 2010 after 1 month in foster care
Zac has sadly had additional veterinary expenses due to illness or injury. We are seeking sponsorship for Zac to help us cover some of those additional costs.
