Sage was found with an injured back leg and, upon vetinerary examination, it was determined the leg needed to be amputated. Even though she was just a little kitten, it had been fractured already and then had re-fractured. The decision to amputate the leg was the right choice. As you can see from her video, she has recovered well and gets around just fine!
She’s not required to take any other medicines than any other kitten would.
Sage loves to sleep on your lap and begins to purr the second she gets a pat. She use to be very cautious of her environment and the people in it but now will run up to you the second she’s about to be feed. She lives in the same house as two dogs but is kept in a separate room.
Sage is microchipped, desexed and up to date with her vaccinations, so is ready and raring to go to her furever family.
DCH is grateful to Kellyville Ridge Veterinary Hospital for doing the surgery at a discounted rate to give Sage a chance at a good life.
We are very thankful to the following people who have all helped and donated $582 for Sage's surgery. She cannot say Thank you herself but we say a big Thank you on her behalf.

Tiddles is unfortunately in search of a new home due to no fault of his own and has been surrendered into DCH foster care.
A DCH volunteer just happened to meet Tiddles while he was boarding at a vet clinic. Tiddles kept bashing and rubbing up on the door wanting attention. He managed to get the attention of our volunteer and after making his presence known, we have offered to help him find a new home due to the situation he was in.
He is a strikingly beautiful 9 year old ginger cat and he loves pats and loves to rub up on you. He is a big fan of chin rubs. He is happy to sit on your lap as he used to do this with his previous mum but once you have earned his trust.
Tiddles only likes a certain amount of attention and it has to be on his terms. He will tell you when he has had enough and does not want to be touched any more.
He loves attention but seems to like it most when he is on the ground and asking for attention on his terms. He does not like to have his feet touched.
He used to be allowed about an hour outside in the sun with his previous owner but is mostly an indoors cat.
He is not a fussy cat and will eat most things.
Health Information:
Desexed.
Vaccinated 21/8/2019. Next due 21/8/2020
He has been wormed and flea treated,
Has some plaque on his teeth and a future dental clean may be needed.
Located in North Ryde.
Tiddles was adopted on 23 October 2019 after 1 month in foster care

Audrey was found alone by a good Samaritan – no mummy or siblings in sight – and came into care at 6 weeks old. She was fostered with multiple other kittens at the same time and happily played and snuggled with them all, so would make a great companion for other felines. She is dog friendly too.
As well as stunningly beautiful, Audrey is a remarkably affectionate kitty, and she’ll jump on a lap as soon as its available. She loves a smooch , and cutely head butts and kneads her people. She is a quiet, no fuss kind of kitty, but also very playful, bold and active.
Audrey has been raised as an indoor-only kitten, so her new home needs to be indoor only too. Undemanding, she would be a loving companion for a couple, a single or a family in return for your loving care. Given her busy foster environment, though, she probably would be lonely if left alone for long periods.
Audrey is vet-checked, microchipped, vaccinated and de-sexed.
She is welcoming visits from possible furever families at her foster home in Hoxton Park. Please call or text her carer, Karen, to arrange a meet and greet.
Audrey was adopted on 22 October 2019 after 10 months in foster care
