Aragorn

Aragorn

DSH - male

Aragorn is a really lovely cat who was left tied inside a shoe box with his 3 siblings when he was only 4 weeks old. Aragorn was bottle fed for the first few weeks in foster care until he was old enough to eat solid food. He is a very smoochy, lovable boy who is a joy to have around. He does like to be top cat though, so would be better in a 1 cat family or with another cat who is happy not to be the dominant one. His siblings are Luffy (who has already been adopted), Mizuno and a girl who didn't come into DCH care. Aragorn and his brother Mizuno are extremely alike in looks. Aragorn is happy to play by himself, with other cats and kittens as well as large dogs.

Aragorn was adopted on 25 March 2014 after 1.5 years in foster care

Stevie

Stevie

DSH - male

Stevie is a beautiful little boy found fending for himself with his brother and sister. He has the most delightful personality, playing madly with his foster brothers and sisters one minute and a lap cat the next. If you're looking for a gorgeous boy who would suit any home then Stevie might be for you. He has been raised with small children and other cats and will happily interact with both

Stevie was adopted on 21 March 2014 after 1 month in foster care

Kay

Kay

DSH - male

Kay is a friendly boy who unfortunately has been a victim of bullying from his brother Jay. Although he is very friendly and enjoys sitting on your lap for cuddles and pats, he takes a while to come out of his shell as he is always afraid that his brother will get jealous and beat him up.

Kay loves to play, especially with bouncy balls and with other cats if they are not too bossy. He is excellent with children, and isn't phased by a screaming baby. Kay is litter trained and learning to use his scratching post.

He likes being both an inside and outside cat, but will come back home when called. Kay is becoming braver everyday and will even curl up under the covers with you on a cold night. He is a beautiful boy who would suit a family as an 'only cat' or with a much older cat for company. He is ready for his new home now.

Kay was adopted on 15 March 2014 after 7 months in foster care

Persia

Persia

DSH - female

Persia is probably the friendliest, most curious cat I have met - she gets along with everyone - people, cats and dogs. Her coat is silky soft, super shiny and easy care and she is equipped with an extra enthusiastic purr motor. She just loves to keep her humans company and will lie on the desk or jump onto a lap for some extra smooches and loving.

This little gem is looking for an indoor only home, preferably without very young children.

Persia was adopted on 09 March 2014 after 1.3 years in foster care

They love playing with scrunchy balls and curling up together to sleep. They all have great appetites, cuddles and are adorable, friendly kittens that would fit into any household.

Opal

Opal

DSH - female

Opal is an affectionate black, white and orange tortie, with amazing markings and a very cool pirate patch. She is a very sweet girl who is incredibly gentle and never uses her claws near people (or teeth for that matter).

Opal loves belly rubs, scratches, brushing and long lazy days. She has been trained not to go on beds or tables and not to beg for food (no noisy meowing at food times). She is a quiet cat that is mostly independant. She is an indoor cat, but has shown a lot of interest in the outdoors, so will do well with a balcony or enclosed outdoor space. Opal repays you the love that you give her by hunting spiders, flies, moths and other bugs, keeping your home bug free.

Opal is immaculately clean and uses her litter properly. There has never been an accident while in my care. I also find it easy to clip her claws. Opal is microchipped, vaccinated and de-sexed.

Opal was adopted on 23 February 2014 after 9 months in foster care
