Hercules

Hercules

Dachshund x - male

Hercules is a very playful and loveable little man who he gets along well with other dogs. He is not a fussy eater but loves his treats every now and again. As you get to know him you will find that he will cuddle you for as long as he can which goes down well with everyone he meets. He doesn't require much exercise, just a toy and a someone to play with. He is a very placid dog when it comes to noise but has plenty of love to give and I'm certain that he will add to any type of family.

Hercules was adopted on 10 February 2008 after 2 weeks in foster care

Lola

Lola

Cattle x - female

Lola is a sweetheart and noone can dispute that, especially since she wears a patch on her side, in the shape of a heart. She is only a small pup, with a lovely quiet nature and has made herself at home with her foster carers. She has a speckled coat with feint little red cattle paws, but as yet she is too young to be able to say what size she might grow to, however at a guess she will probably grow to be a small to medium sized dog. She has become acquainted with the resident dogs in her foster carer's home and so far appears to enjoy the company of their Samoyed and Mini Foxie, so probably wouldn't mind a home with another dog although she would probably be fine too as an only dog.

Lola was adopted on 09 February 2008 after 1 month in foster care

Didge

Didge

Blue Cattle Dog x - male

Didge: Little gem of a pup who came into care with his sister, ready now to make your family happy. Typical markings for the Blue with some red on the paws. He will need regular exercise, toys and company. These dogs do better with good training so they can best please you with their good manners, and with ongoing reinforcement of your expectations they will NOT disappoint. He will need your company and be an inside/outside dog. He loves his sister and my children who are all over 5 years. This working breed makes a great family pet with lots of love to give.

Didge was adopted on 09 February 2008 after 3 months in foster care

Daisy

Daisy

Cross Breed - female

Daisy is such a happy, friendly little puppy. She will sometimes act coy but very quickly gives in to the urge to run into your arms for cuddles. She is playful and sweet natured in general. Daisy has been no trouble to care for and plays so well with her foster brothers and sisters.

Daisy was adopted on 03 February 2008 after 3 weeks in foster care

Darcy

Darcy

Shih Tzu x - female

Darcy is a very friendly, happy, well behaved girl. She loves playing with other dogs and also loves getting attention from people. Everyone who has met her has thought she is wonderful and she gets along with all sized dogs and is very good with cats. Darcy loves kids and is very gentle with younger ones. She is fine off lead and loves nothing better than running around on the beach

which is where she was found as a stray the poor little thing. Since her new haircut she looks even prettier and is very easy to keep clean. Darcy is currently sleeping inside (in our bed!) and is housetrained. She does love being with other dogs and people so would be best suited to a home environment where there would be people at home during the day or at least another dog for company. Darcy is being cared for in the Wollongong area.

Darcy was adopted on 02 February 2008 after 1 month in foster care

Cutie and Lemon Squash

Cutie and Lemon Squash

Cattle x Lab x Rotti - mixed

Cutie and Lemon Squash was adopted on 01 February 2008 after 1 month in foster care

Bella

Bella

Silky Terrier x - female

Bella is a quiet, gentle, beautiful girl. She has obviously been a housedog in her past as she is very happy to just hang around inside (on the lounge!) and is, of course, housetrained. She is currently living with another small dog inside and is also best friends with the resident cat. Bella would be a fine companion to another small pet. Although quiet, Bella does love going for her daily walks but is certainly not too active. Bella would love to be in a home where someone is home most of the time as is probably not suited to sitting outside alone. She is being cared for in the Wollongong area.

Bella was adopted on 01 February 2008 after 2 months in foster care

Rocky and Bullwinkle

Rocky and Bullwinkle

Cattle x - male

Rocky has the darker ears and Bullwinkle has white tips which show here on the right ear better

Rocky and Bullwinkle was adopted on 30 January 2008 after 6 days in foster care

Zhoee

Zhoee

Cocker Spaniel x Poodle - female

Hi my name is Zhoee I'm a very sweet and lovable girl. I love to be spoilt and pampered and like to be the centre of attention. Despite that fact I'm spoilt I'm a very well behaved girl, I like to go for walks

I walk great on the lead, I love playing with other dogs and cats and best of all I'm house trained. When I go to my new home I would prefer to live inside and get heaps of hugs and kisses. In return I would be a very loyal family pet with a lot of love to give.

Zhoee was adopted on 28 January 2008 after 4 days in foster care

Larry

Larry

Labrador x - male

Larry is an affectionate gentle giant and tries hard to please his humans. He has basic training sit, drop, fetch and waits for his dinner on command as well as shakes hands. He knows his name and loves going for walks and playing ball. He still requires more obedience training and a firm hand. Larry is a very loyal boy and has a beautiful, healthy coat and strong white teeth. He is very quiet and doesn't bark except when a stranger or a noise attracts him, so he would make a wonderful watch-dog. His forever home would need to be someone who can devote lots of quality time to his on-going training and give him the love and attention he craves. A family with older children who would be able to include him in family activities and give him a daily walk would also make an ideal, loving home for him.

Larry was adopted on 28 January 2008 after 2 months in foster care
