Daisy

Daisy

Dogue de Bordeaux x - female

Hi, my name is Daisy and I’m so glad you stopped to check out my profile.

Firstly, let me introduce myself. I am a six month old Staffy Cross puppy who is looking for her perfect home, but before we get too acquainted, settle in and let me tell my story

When I was a young whippersnapper, I was dumped in a park with my brothers and sisters as well as my mum. My brothers and sisters were found in a box with my mum close by I was so scared, not knowing what was going to happen to us until a nice lady came and found us and took us all to the local animal shelter.

We were all placed into a lovely foster carers home where we were all adopted by great loving families. My new home was fantastic and I really loved it but unfortunately my new owner could no longer keep me and I was sent back to foster care and so here we are.

I love going for walks and I get on well with other dogs although I am also happy to be by myself.
I walk Well on a lead, but sometimes I get excited and I try to jump up, but my foster carers are teaching me to have nice manners, it’s just that sometimes I forget

I love going for long drives, and I’m quite happy to sit in the backseat and not make a sound, I’m also 100%, toilet trained and I would never ever poop in your house.

I’m desperately trying to find a new home with someone that would love me as much as my brothers and sisters have found great homes, so if you would like to come meet me, then please contact my foster carers.
I hope to meet you soon. Love Daisy.

Ken

Ken

Chihiahua Cross - male

Name: Ken

Breed: Chihuahua Cross (Possibly with some Foxie mix). Ken has more of the mix in him than his sisters. His sisters have mostly Chihuahua traits.

Age: Approximately 3.5 months

Personality Traits: Ken is a gentle-natured puppy who thrives on human and dog companionship. He is very sociable and loves being around people and other pets. Despite his young age, he has a calm demeanor and is eager to please. Ken would make a wonderful addition to a family or to anyone looking for a loyal and affectionate companion.

Background: Ken's journey hasn't been easy. He was found abandoned in a park, along with his sisters, during a rainy day. Fortunately, they were rescued and taken to an animal welfare vet where they received treatment for hypothermia. Afterwards, Ken ended up in a council shelter as a stray where he was taken into rescue care and completed his impound time in the comfort of a foster home. He has since recovered and is thriving, gaining weight and growing stronger every day.

Health: Ken has been desexed and has received his 1st and 2nd vaccinations. He is now a healthy and happy puppy ready to find his forever home.

Ideal Home: Ken is looking for a loving home where he can be both an inside and outside dog. He enjoys spending time outdoors and is used to having the freedom to come and go during the day, preferring to sleep inside at night. He is still a puppy and will need training, including attending puppy school, to help him learn and grow into a well-behaved adult dog.

Training and Motivation: Ken is full of energy and loves to play. He is highly motivated by dry liver treats and milky sticks, making him a joy to train. With consistent guidance and positive reinforcement, he will thrive and become a wonderful companion for years to come.

If you're looking for a loving and loyal puppy to join your family or brighten your life with companionship, Ken might be the perfect match for you. Reach out to DCH Animal Adoptions to learn more about Ken and how you can give him the loving home he deserves.

Note1: A vet appointment on 27/3 reveals that they might be 3-4 weeks older than what was originally assessed.

Location: Foster Home in the Quakers Hill area

Ken was adopted on 21 April 2024 after 2 months in foster care

Coco

Coco

Boston Terrier - female

Coco is a ball of energy! A testament to the Boston Terrier breed standard of "lively and intelligent," Coco loves playing with dogs of all sizes, going for walks, playing with toys and following you around the house.

Coco had only just turned 12months old. She had a great life with her family who bought her as a puppy, but unfortunately a family illness has meant she is looking for a new forever home with another doggy playmate or two!

Coco is already desexed and up to date with her vaccinations, de-fleaing and worming, and absolutely loves getting into her harness to go for car rides, adventures and walks.

She loves sneaking inside the house and running around the house to find a yummy sandle to have a munch on, and is cautious of the resident kittens who like to swipe at her and remind her who's boss in the house (it's the felines!).

Coco is crate trained and used to peeing on puppy pee pads if penned in a small area inside overnight, so will be easy to toilet train. Otherwise she is happy to sleep outdoors as well as long as she has a warm, insulated kennel.

Coco is being fostered in Riverstone, NSW and would love to meet you!

Coco was adopted on 12 April 2024 after 1 weeks in foster care
