They are your text-book puppy, with plenty of energy and love to go round, and the best cuddles! They are very playful, but clearly love to snuggle up once they are all worn out!
Dory will need to stay in care until she is desexed, vaccinated and microchipped, but in the meantime call her carer to have a chat and meet lovely Dory!

Misty

Misty

Domestic Short Hair - female

Only a young lady herself, this wide-eyed princess was surrendered into our care with kittens from two litters she had already given birth to. She is now adjusting to life with no more responsibilities and being spoilt by her human foster servants!

This didn’t come easily to start, and it did take a couple of weeks for her to adapt. Misty is a shy girl and is still learning to love her new life, but she is now making progress every day; the latest breakthrough being mutual grooming sessions with one of the resident cats!

Misty is naturally sweet-natured and polite, with a mellow meow. She loves a good back scratch, and is sure to greet her carer every time she walks into the room. She’s also very partial to her food - her special favourite is tuna in springwater complemented by kitty kibbles.

We believe Misty is best suited to a quiet home environment where she can flourish without children or other pets who may dominate her. At the outset, her natural shyness will require time and patience from her new family, but this will be well-rewarded.

Quite independent, she will be happy enough left alone during the day as long as she has a scratching post and toys to keep her entertained - so she may well be a great feline companion for a working single or couple. Misty must be an indoor-only cat.

If you are looking for quiet, well mannered kitty company please contact Misty’s carer to learn more about this little beauty.

✔️ Desexed
✔️ Microchipped
✔️ Vaccinated
✔️ Flea and worm treated

Possum

Possum

Domestic Short Hair - female

Possum is a super cool cat looking for her forever family. She was found as a stray mothering three little babies and now she is ready for a home of her own.

Possum has shared her foster home with two dogs and another cat. Although she can be a bit unsure of them at first once she gets used to them she gets along with them great.

Possum is a bit of a wanderer so she needs a home with secure windows and doors so that she can’t escape as we much prefer that she goes to an indoor only family.

Possum hasn’t had any interactions with kids but is very tolerant so children 12+ are ideal.

Possum is super cheeky, playful, food motivated and very cuddly so if you think she would make the right fit for your family don’t hesitate to reach out.

Located in Lalor Park

Possum was adopted on 13 June 2020 after 3 months in foster care

Nelson is a big fan of being brushed with the bristle brush along his back and on his cheeks, and when tired from play, he will happily settle in your lap for a nap.

Roxy

Roxy

Rottweiller - female

Roxy came as a stray from Campbelltown pound. She is a 30kgs very energetic dog who is full of love. You could say she has a double personality. She can be this lovely nice dog, quiet and obedient... but that only lasts for a moment. Roxy gets excited about... well pretty much everything and other dogs in particular. In other words, her excitement gets the best of her!
She is smart and responds well to training.
She's only been to the dog park a few times and is still shy and unsure so more socializing with other dogs would be very beneficial.

She is meant to be 1 to 1.5 years old but still acts like a puppy most of the time. She will nip at your hands to play, bite her own tail as a way to throw a tantrum and is very vocal. Training can make her frustrated and, as a stubborn pup, she will show you how much she disagrees! She is pretty needy and requires attention.

She is very playful with high levels of energy and never ending stamina so she needs a large yard and a very active family. She is always down for playtime!
She wouldn't be suited for a family with young kids as she is pretty clumsy. Teens as a minimum age.

She loves to play fetch and be chased around the garden. She is toilet trained and sleeps indoors all through the night. She is currently living with cats but they are separated. She is curious about them but hasn't shown any aggression.

Her ideal family would not be full time workers and be very active people. They should also be seasoned dog owners (or people who know the breed) and have extensive experience in dog training and confident with dominant dogs.
With the right professional dog training/puppy school and plenty of patience, she will settle down.
With the right owners and training, she will grow into a beautiful and loyal dog always ready for the next adventure.

Roxy was adopted on 12 June 2020 after 2 weeks in foster care

Milhouse

Milhouse

DSH - male

Milhouse is a gorgeous little kitten who just LOVES to climb up and sit on your lap. He loves to be brushed with a soft bristle brush, and thoroughly enjoys chasing and pouncing on his brother and also playfully pawing at his little toy mice! He is very entertaining to watch.

He is litter trained, and has a good appetite - He loves his dry kitten kibble.

Milhouse is vet-checked, microchipped, vaccinated and flea/worm treated. He will be desexed prior to re-homing.

Milhouse is very confident and has adjusted extremely quickly in foster care, so no doubt he will become very attached to his forever family quite quickly!

NOTE: All visits will be by appointment, and in accordance with prevailing social distancing protocols.

Sandman

dsh - male

Sandman is lovely gentle boy. He is very shy at the moment but will come out of his shell when he is in a loving home of his own. He absolutely loves to cuddle on your lap and snuggle. He has a loud purr and loves his food. It would be preferred that he is adopted with his brother Ian who is also listed. As he is shy he is quite bonded to Ian. They are opposites in personality.
