Bailey

Bailey

SharPei Cross - male

Bailey came into foster care in July after he was treated at the vets for poisoning from a Yesterday Today & Tomorrow plant and needed additional care for 1-2 weeks to ensure he recovered and was healthy. He has fully recovered from his ordeal and is a lovely friendly puppy. We have called him Bailey. He is super friendly with kids and loves to sit in your lap and have pats. He has happy, healthy and active. His ideal new family would have to have some kids in it as he loves all the attention.

He has been desexed and comes with his 1st C5 vaccination. He will need 2 other vaccinations to be completed over the next 2 months to be supplied by the owner owner.

Bailey had double dewclaws on his hind legs. These have been removed while he was desexed to prevent possible tearing injuries.

Bailey is looking for a forever home where he can grow up and grow old. His new owner will need to ensure he attends puppy school and that he is well socialised with other dogs and learns obedience commands. He is going to the toilet on puppy pads in his room in side and can often hold it overnight and go outside in the morning when he goes out to stretch his legs.

Bailey is learning to chase a ball and loves any attention he can get.
He is used to having attention all day so he will need to be rehomed to a family with lots of time and attention for him.

Available from the 10th August once stitches have been removed.

Located in Acacia Gardens. Not available for interstate adoptions.

Bailey was adopted on 21 August 2019 after 1 month in foster care

Tabitha

Tabitha

DSH - female

This lovely young girl is Tabitha. She is around 14 months old, and has spent most of that time just lapping up all the love she can get from her foster carer.

Tabitha is such a friendly girl, any attention she can get she will take, and so she would definitely suit a home where she will get plenty of that! She is currently in care with both dogs and other cats, and so it is likely that Tabitha would be absolutely fine in a home with other animals too.

Tabitha is all up to date on her vaccinations and flea and worm treatment, she is microchipped and desexed too - as such, she is totally ready for her forever home!

Please contact Rod, her foster carer, for more information on this friendly friendly girl.

Tabitha was adopted on 13 August 2019 after 3 weeks in foster care

Timon

Timon

cat - male

Timon is a beautiful tabby boy, now nearly 5 months old. He has a cheeky personality, and is very playful.

Timon is extremely affectionate with people, and loooves cuddles and sleeping on available laps; he rewards you with a very loud purr. Unusually for a kitty, he even likes to be picked up and getting squished by his carer! He’s had lots of experience with children, and also happily follows his humans around to see what they are up to.

Timon was taken into care with his brother (who has recently found his furever home) and has lived with three resident cats which he loves to play with and pounce on. Since he enjoys the company of both people and felines, he would fit in with most family environments, rewarding his new folk with his cute and adorable affection. Timon has always been an indoor kitty, however, so his new home should be indoor only.

Timon is microchipped, up to date with his vaccinations, and already de-sexed, so he is ready to go to his new home.

He is now located in PETstock at Marsden Park, 9 Hollinsworth Road , where people are able to visit him (and other rescued kittens and cats) in the adoption enclosure. If you are interested in visiting Timon, you may just drop by or call PETstock on 8607 1120.

Timon was adopted on 13 August 2019 after 1 month in foster care

Ivy

Ivy

Domestic Short Hair - female

Ivy and her siblings, Indy, Isaac and Iggy have been fostered from Hawkesbury Pound and are a friendly and happy litter of kittens.

They are all microchipped, vaccinated, wormed and litter trained and although too little for desexing yet, this procedure is also covered in the adoption fee.

Ivy is very gentle and has no outdoor survival skills, so she should be an Indoor cat in her Forever Home.

Ivy is a little cutie with a funny croaky miaow and a love of cuddles. She enjoys playing in the cat tunnels and climbing the cat tower but will usually come running for a pat, purring as she arrives! Ivy is becoming quite confident with our two Golden Retrievers, so she might also suit a family with a friendly dog.

If you would like to meet Ivy or her siblings, please contact me to arrange a visit.

Ivy was adopted on 10 August 2019 after 5 days in foster care

Isaac (now Titan)

Isaac (now Titan)

Domestic Short Hair - male

Isaac and his siblings, Ivy, Indy, and Iggy have been fostered from Hawkesbury Pound and are a friendly and happy litter of kittens.

They are all microchipped, vaccinated, wormed and litter trained and although too little for desexing yet, this procedure is also covered in the adoption fee.

Isaac is very gentle and has no outdoor survival skills, so he should be an Indoor cat in his Forever Home.

Isaac is little cuddly sook but he prefers sitting on your lap rather than being picked up. He can be very excitable and sometimes "talks" as he runs around! Isaac loves climbing under blankets and pillows, or chasing a toy mouse but he also enjoys curling up next to you for a pat or belly rub when he's tired.

If you would like to meet Isaac or his siblings, please contact me to arrange a visit.

Isaac (now Titan) was adopted on 10 August 2019 after 5 days in foster care

Iggy (now Ziggy)

Iggy (now Ziggy)

Domestic Medium Hair - male

Iggy and his siblings, Ivy, Indy, and Isaac have been fostered from Hawkesbury Pound and are a friendly and happy litter of kittens.

They are all microchipped, vaccinated, wormed and litter trained and although too little for desexing yet, this procedure is also covered in the adoption fee.

Iggy is very gentle and has no outdoor survival skills, so he should be an Indoor cat in his Forever Home.

Iggy has a medium length coat which gets quite unruly, so he is getting used to being brushed regularly. He can be an independent little guy, quite happily sunning himself in a window watching his siblings play. Iggy is very affectionate with people and pushes his way in for a cuddle, purring loudly to get noticed. He also enjoys being picked up and loves getting his belly rubbed!

If you would like to meet Iggy or his siblings, please contact me to arrange a visit.

Iggy (now Ziggy) was adopted on 10 August 2019 after 5 days in foster care

Toast

Toast

Dogue de Bordeaux x - female

Toast is looking for a new home!!

She is a Dogue de Bordeaux X - who needs a new home through no fault of her own. Toast has been in a care arrangement since the 15th of March.

She needs a home without other dogs or children. And an experienced dog owner would be ideal.

She has lived with another dog but appears to be reactive with dogs in the kennels. The previous owners had no children & she was reluctant to approach a (noisy) child who came with his parents to see if she would be suitable.

She needs an experienced owner who can take the time to build trust with her. She appears to be toilet trained, loves watching TV & snuggling into bed!! She has gone to cafes & sat quietly at the table. She is fine with adults approaching her. She has a sweet temperament.

Sex Desexed Female
Age 23/01/2015
Vaccinated till 19/11/2019 C5 by Struggletown Vet

Medical Notes:
She has had a rash ½ way through her stay which was treated with malaseb baths & eventually apoquel tablets. She is now off the tablets & her skin appears to be good. I spoke with the vet about could it be stress related having never had a rash in her life & the vet said yes.

Diesel

Diesel

shd - male

Black cats bring you luck!
Diesel is an attractive, shiny black haired boy, although he is a really a red head in disguise - when basking in the sunlight ginger stripes shine through! He was rescued along with a ‘lucky dip’ of another 8 kittens which had found their way to the Pound. He now lives in a foster home with 10 kittens and gets along well with all of them.

He loves his fur friends to the extent he hugs and mothers the other cats in the house. Diesel can’t wait to join in with any pats going, and head butts humans and felines alike. In fact, he also rather likes to eat their food and use their litter box.

Diesel is ultra affectionate with people. Quite a character, he’s outgoing and vocal and, strangely, loves to play in water. Other quirks include drinking tea with a drop of milk – out of a mug, and that he sometimes forgets to put his tongue back in his mouth. He does, also, love his food.

Diesel would bring entertainment and joy to the family, single or couple who adopt him. He is an indoor-only kitty, and would no doubt love some feline company and maybe a dog too.

Diesel is microchipped, vaccinated and de-sexed.
He is welcoming visits from possible furever families at his foster home in Hoxton Park. Please call or text his carer, Karen, to arrange a meet and greet.

Diesel was adopted on 02 August 2019 after 7 months in foster care

Jinxy

Jinxy

Tonkinese - female

Jinxy is a lovely young lady who was surrendered into care as her owners were not able to care for her anymore.

She is a friendly, lovely, young cat who will meow at you for attention, drool on you a little-bit as you pat her on your lap, and will then hop off for a wander around the house, before settling down near you in whatever room you're in.

While she tolerates her kitten brothers and sisters, she chooses not to interact and play with them, and will leave them be to their games and chasing. For this reason, we believe that she will suit either a solo cat, or multiple cat home, as long as she gets all the attention and love that she deserves.

Due to her long coat, she will require weekly brushing at a minimum.

Jinxy is an explorer and requires a secure, indoor home that will ensure she won't wander onto a road, or meet her demise from an angry wandering animal.

Available for meet and greets and Randwick, NSW.

Jinxy was adopted on 29 July 2019 after 1 month in foster care
