Sage

Sage

domestic tabby - female

This ever so sweet very friendly, extremely playful and cheeky girl was found stuck in a hedge. Go figure? Now that we have gotten to know what Sage is like, we are not surprised.

Bubbly and active with a big personality. She loves to explore her surroundings, watching and waiting to pounce....on dogs tails for the moment, well that's one example.

Adventurous and very funny. Sage is full of loving affection with a pretty little face that you cannot help but to adore. She loves cuddles and your affection and attention, easily amuses herself with just about anything. We think she is amazing.

Toilet trained Sage will be and indoor and outdoor cat. Sage is also cat friendly and becoming dog friendly with each day that passes.

Sage can be seen at the PETstock store at Macquarie Centre (North Ryde) in the Adoption Enclosure area.

Sage was adopted on 20 July 2018 after 4 months in foster care

Poppet

Poppet

DSH - male

Poppet has grown into a beautiful young adult, with a halo of fur.  He is very cute and still loves to play, but as an adult cat he doesn’t need as much attention as a kitten, so could settle in with a working person or couple as easily as he could love a family with older children.

He is very affectionate, and loves cuddles, and to snuggle next to his humans. Once he gets to know you, he also loves a chat!

Poppet can be timid with newcomers, so you may need to spend a little time with him when you visit him in his foster home in Caringbah.  However, he takes only a couple of days to come out of his shell.

Poppet is already de-sexed, and is up to date on all his vet requirements.  He looks forward to meeting you.  Please contact Poppet’s carer, Natalie, to arrange to visit.

Poppet was adopted on 10 July 2018 after 1.3 years in foster care

Bob

Bob

DSH - male

Bob and his brother came into care after their mum gave birth on the streets. Bob was scared for the first two nights but now loves his cuddles and purrs away happily when getting affection.

He is used to school age kids and is happy to be carried around and to be a lap cat watching TV.

Bob is still only new to the home life, so he still hisses occasionally at new things (like the first time seeing dogs) but he's adapting very well and is growing into a gorgeous, playful, loving little man.

If you have some cat experience and loving home to offer then Bob is ready and waiting to meet you.

Bob is currently located at the PETstock Adoption Enclosure at the Penrith Store

Bob was adopted on 07 July 2018 after 1 month in foster care

Lady

Lady

Jack Russell cross Cattle - female

Hi Everyone,

I'm Lady, or practicing to be one! I arrived at my foster home in Sutherland after a two day journey from a Country pound. When my carer picked me up I was so happy I wiggled and licked her so much that she had to sit in the back seat of the car for another short journey. On the way home, we walked the last 2 blocks back to her place and met some of the neighbours. A little boy came running out and put his arms around me. He said he loved me. Wow, how good is that? So that's what they call Love at First Sight! I met my step sisters (Maybe I should have been called Cinderella!) who are much older than me, so they don't have the energy to play with me, so I need to be walked daily. I'm learning commands and don't pull on the lead. I love to sit beside you and I love my food and treats. I'm not yet toilet trained but I learnt how to use the doggy door in about 1 minute flat. I have pink skin around my right eye so it will need protection from the sun. I've had the first of two C5 vaccinations and have been booked in to be desexed. I am a slender 9kgs. You can see that I travel well, am child friendly, love life and would love a life with you. Can you offer me a furever home? Feel free to contact my carer even if I haven't been desexed yet. I will wait for you. Just as a precaution, adult supervision should be arranged when Lady is around small children, in case they are unsteady on their feet.

Lady was adopted on 28 June 2018 after 2 weeks in foster care

Lary

Lary

Domestic Short Hair - male

Lary is a Georges kitten. He had a very hard battle at the beginning of his life as he was very sick with cat flu. However he is a strong fighter and has recovered and is now doing fantastically well.

He has lot of energy and enjoy company. He likes to follow you around and has a habit of climbing up your legs from time to time. He has had close human company since he was two weeks old and has grown to be a wonderful little kitten.

Medical Conditions
Larry has had chronic cat flu symptoms. He tends to sneeze a lot and in times of stress his cat flu symptoms return. He has been xrays and had nasal cultures and he will probably have life-long nasal congestion. His symptoms can be helped with Doxy tablets.

He has tested negative to the herpes virus as part of his testing on the cat flu symptoms.

Sponsorship needed for his on-going medical treatment.

Lary was adopted on 27 June 2018 after 7 months in foster care
