Koda

Koda

DSH - female

Koda is a sweet little girl, who loves to soak up your attention. She loves to sit in your lap while you're watching TV or talking on the phone. Koda tolerates other cats, but would much prefer to be the only feline member of the household. Koda also loves to play, and will chase toys for hours. She also likes to jump up to high places so she can watch what the other members of the household are up to. She would be the perfect cat for the family who wants an older, toilet trained kitten or a person who would love a cat who loves to be patted and curl up next to them in bed. The family who adopts Koda will be rewarded with a beautiful girl who will work her way into their hearts.

Koda was adopted on 17 September 2010 after 5 months in foster care

Chewy

Chewy

Thoroughbred gelding

Chewy is a very quiet horse with a lovely nature. He's a solid build, and is great to catch, shoe, worm and float. He's not phased by dogs, cattle, pigs, motorbikes etc. Chewy is best suited as a companion horse due to lameness in his coffin bone. He gets along well with other horses and is not visibly lame when relaxing in the paddock. He can be taken for quiet walks around the paddock but cannot be worked. While very friendly he does require a confident handler due to his size.

Chewy was adopted on 14 September 2010 after 6 days in foster care

Elizabeth Bossyboots

Elizabeth Bossyboots

DSH - female

Elizabeth Bossyboots is a 'people cat'. She loves her humans and is constantly looking for pats and affection from them. Elizabeth is okay with other cats, but will remind them and her new owner that she is the most important feline member of the household. She loves curling up on the couch or the bed with her human friends and just loves being part of a family. Elizabeth would be great with children as she's very relaxed, well behaved and she still loves to play with toys even though she isn't a kitten anymore. She is 100% litter trained and ready for her new home now.

Elizabeth Bossyboots was adopted on 14 September 2010 after 9 months in foster care

Tigger

Tigger

Staffy x - male

Tigger is a shy boy but also very calm!! We haven't heard him bark once, not even when other dogs are going for it although he is a talker, especially when you rub him behind his ears! He's great on the harness and doesn't even notice other people or kids on his walks. He is becoming quite strong so his walks are getting closer to power walks!! He's house trained and is still getting his head around the idea of fetch. He's not a fussy eater and loves lounging around in the sun. Tigger gets on well with other dogs, he really is just such a great dog :)

Tigger was adopted on 11 September 2010 after 3 months in foster care

Lily

Lily

DSH - female

Lily was rescued from the pound on the day she was due to be put to sleep and she was heavily pregnant. After 3 weeks in foster care Lily gave birth to 5 kittens who are now 8 weeks old. Lily is such a friendly, quiet loving girl who is very deserving of a second chance at life.Lily gets along ok with other cats and seems to like children so she should fit into mosthouseholds just fine.

Lily was adopted on 11 September 2010 after 5 months in foster care

Krayz (dark tabby) and Tiger (tortie)

Krayz (dark tabby) and Tiger (tortie)

female

Krayz (dark tabby male) and Tiger (female tortie) are two seven year old cats, who have been good friends over the course of their lives. They are both affectionate, nice natured cats who enjoy human company and affection. They are very neat and tidy and are both litter trained, so they are quite low maintainence. Their vaccinations are up to date and they are both microchipped.

Ebony

Ebony

Thoroughbred Mare

Ebony is a quiet horse who's easy to catch, handle and float. She's been retired from a rider training establishment and would now suit being a paddock companion, or the occasional relaxed ride by a competent rider. She's girthy and tends to get a sore back and become cranky if she has to carry inexperienced or heavy riders. Ebony requires quarterly massages to keep her supple. Knowledgeable home required.
