Princess is a wonderful little cat, lots of fun and great to have around. She is always friendly and very chatty especially in the morning when she thinks it is time for you to get up and entertain her. She is not bothered by strangers, confidant around other cats and not afraid to give as good as she gets. In fact her playful energy often gets her into trouble with our bigger tom but she has a good pair of lungs and can stick up for herself.
Princess likes a lot of fuss and will readily purr (loudly) to show her affection. She doesn't mind being picked up even if she would rather just play. And her party trick? Well she loves paper. She loves the sound of paper being scrunched up and loves it even better when it is thrown for her so that she can chase it and bring it back for you to throw again. She also has great paper ball control and can dribble with the best of them.
She will make a great companion to anyone with a bit of time to give her. She is a very pretty cat, affectionate, gentle and cheeky. She will provide you with hours of entertainment, just be prepared to be encouraged out of bed in the morning by a loud purr and ball of paper dropped on your head. Time to play!
The lovely Princess developed a lump on her back and a vet investigation revealed a large abscess. This had to be opened up, cleaned out and drained. Luckily this is healing well and Princess should make a full recovery.
If you can help sponsor some of the additional vet costs involved with Princess's surgery, which have come to $216, please call Megan on 9627 2767 or email dchanimaladoptions@iprimus.com.au or click below.
Thank you to Lisette, Maureen and Jan for their generous contributions towards Princess's vet fees. Her fees have now been fully covered.

Kirk is a very affectionate kitten, still very small but that doesn't stop him from running around the house chasing feet. Benji is a very affectionate dog who loves being with people. He is also used to being with other small dogs and would love to have another companion whom he would play with and cuddle up to at night. Benji is used to being an inside dog and is housetrained. He loves to go on walks and is fine off lead as he will come when called. His coat will require some attention but with regular brushing he looks just gorgeous. Benji is being cared for in the Wollongong area.

Tanner is a very sweet active boy who loves playing with other dogs and loves the company of people. Tanner is learning REALLY FAST. He can understand come, sit and stay, and we're working on inside, outside, bed, and some toilet commands :) He is very friendly, not at all aggressive and would love to play with the cats but hasn't quite learnt about cats personal boundaries just yet. He likes to be wherever his people are and would suit a family situtation.

Thredz (long haired ginger female
left in the picture) is an adorable little cat. She gets on well with Jindi as well as older cats and our large dog doesn't phase her at all. A little quieter in personality than Jindi, she doesn't like to be left out of a cuddle and will meow to get what she wants.
Jindi (short haired ginger right in the picture) is a little speedster
he zips round the room in a quite haphazard way, and always as fast as he can go. He has an extremely out-going personality. He is very attached to people and will launch himself out of his cage if he thinks there is any chance of getting a cuddle and loves to snuggle around your neck under your hair and purrs loudly.
Both these boys love their food and will put on quite a show if they think there is any chance that their food bowl will be topped up.
Thredz and Jindi was adopted on 14 February 2010 after 3 months in foster care
