Boxer - male
His original family had to reluctantly give him up as they didn't have the time for him that he needs. He has a lovely nature and is good with dogs of similar size
he can be a little boisterous with smaller dogs. He lives with cats but has limited contact with them as he likes to play chase although he has never hurt them. Diego is very affectionate and loves meeting people and he enjoys a game of tug of war. He has completed beginner obedience class but would benefit from further reward-based training. Diego would suit a family with older children who are prepared to give him heaps of exercise and continue his training and give him the love and attention he deserves.
Diego was adopted on 22 August 2005 after 1 month in foster care

Samantha is a shy little girl who really deserves a loving forever home. She was an abuse case and even though Samantha has been in foster care for twelve months she is only now showing signs of coming out of her shell. This process would be a lot quicker once Samantha finds a permanent home with a less cats where she can get the attention she deserves. She will need to go a quiet home with no children. Her new human must be prepared to be patient and allow Samantha to develop the relationship at her own pace. Deep inside, there is a loving companion just waiting to emerge. She would be ideal for an older person in a quiet indoor environment where she could really blossom.
Samantha was adopted on 22 August 2005 after 6 months in foster care

Campbell is an adorable little man with a gentle fun-loving nature. He is happy mixing up his day with lots of playing and sleeping. Smith has really blossomed in his short time with us. He has a beautiful affectionate nature and is so eager to please you. Smith is a dog that smiles with happiness as you walk through the door (and even more when he sees you prepare his meal). He is well socialised with 2 and 4-legged friends and is a regular at his local leash-free park. Smith has a soft healthy coat, is house-trained and enjoys snoozing in the yard. A lovely non-fussy companion who takes things in his stride, Smith will adapt quickly to his forever home.
